What Causes Hematoma On The Wall Of Uterus In Pregnancy?

Hello,i am in my 5 week pregnancy ,i had and US and it showed a small hematoma on the wall of uterus,it is twice as small as the baby, thay gave me dydrogesteron 10 mg and folic acid and vitamins,i have no bleeding,just mild cramping.so i wanted to ask you is the hematoma dangeours? and what else can i do to get better?

Hematoma in uterus with pregnancy is seen in some people. Generally they are reabsorbed. So no need to worry.
They only cause problems if they become large and bleed as they can cause the placenta to separate from the uterine wall.
Get another scan done after a week or ten days and see the how it is behaving.
