What Causes Hemorrhoids After Consuming Peanuts?

Hi, I have been having problems with hemmoroids and peanuts. I haven t had anything w/peanuts sinse mid April but have recently passed a peanut halve and a seed. Also I believe a peanut sliver is working it s way through the perineum area. Is this at all possible?

Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to hemorrhoids. I suggest using an anti hemorrhoid cream for local application such as Preparation H. I also suggest soaking in warm water for relieve for 15 minutes. I recommend to avoid food that can trigger the symptoms such as peanuts.
