Hi.
The cause of heterogeneous rise of myometrium is adenosis .The means that the muscular part of the uterus is being inflamed and being transformed to abnormal musculature , fibroid and may be the reason of pain and hemorrhagia.
The proper treatment is removal of the uterus called Hysterectomy. By doing Hysterectomy the abnormal tissue is removed as well as you get a histo-pathology diagnosis.
