What Causes Hiatal Hernia To Protrude From The Upper Abdomen?

Hello, my name is Mary and I m 66 years old. I m very active in outside lawn work and tend to lift sometimes very heavy things. I believe I have a hiatal hernia. I have all the symptoms. Right now I have an uncomfortable belly and some nausea. Several weeks ago I could see the hernia sticking out of by upper belly, This happened twice in last six weeks. Last time was weeks ago. Is this something I should be very concerned about?

I really appreciate your concern, if you suspect it is the hiatal hernia then you do not have any option but to get done the test because for the diagnosis it may needs some test too without this just symptoms can not confirm the diagnosis, although chances of it very less likely hope this information helps.
