Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

His symptoms could be related to hiatal hernia. I recommend performing a fibro-gastroscopy in order to investigate on this possible issue. Surgery could be a treatment option, if the presence of hiatal hernia is confirmed. In the meantime, I would recommend avoiding large meals and eating more frequently and in small portions.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
