What Causes High BP Along With Dizziness?

I am a 66 year old quite healthy woman, but I took sick this morning, probably from a tick bite. My blood pressure is 143 over 64 and my pulse rate is 62 (I have been lying down most of the day because I feel giddy when I stand up. Are these readings OK?

Your Blood Pressure(normal for you is Pulse Rate(normal is 70 / minute to 90 / minute ) is normal
Do not worry,if you feel giddy take rest,take O R S with water
Take fresh fruits.
Tick bite could cause pain at site of bite & some itching
