Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Headache can be because of blood pressure, however if its involving only one half of head unilateral, it can be migraine also. As CT is normal, there is no need to worry at present, medicines will take some time to stabilize his blood pressure. Once blood pressure is stabilized, headache should settle down. However I would recommend him a MRI brain to rule out any aneurism or dilation of cerebral artery.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Rishu Saxena
