What Causes High BP And Pain In Jaw?

I have been on augmentum for almost a month for a sinus pressure headache. The doctor gave me prednisone also to take over the two weeks. I take lisinipril for BP and today had pain in my left jaw and my BP is up to about 150/90. Should I be concerned tonight and see a doctor or can it wait till morning to see one.

Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about jaw pain and increased blood pressure. Pain, if very severe, can cause an increase in the blood pressure. Because this increase is not in the range of troublesome numbers that need immediate attention, you can wait to see the doctor tomorrow.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thank you so much for using our services and feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
