33 weeks pregnant and blood pressure as been flucuating for 3 days highest was 152/90 now it s been staying around 125/90 High pulse between 108-149 Lots vision when was at 152 and been seeing spots and light headed off and on Should I be concerned

Of course yes hope u r taking medicines to control ur BP. U need to closely watch ur BP at least twice weekly n also check urine for all if present approach ur Dr immediately
