What Causes High BP Despite Taking Medication Regularly?

i got my ecg done four times during last 2 months and reports tell there is not heart problem but still i feel pain although pain is mild not severe. actually I have high blood pressure for the last 7 years. I have kidney stone also and before one month i was diagnosed diabetes also. I got lft, rft, lipid profile done and all these reports are normal but hba1c report is having 214 mg/dl. My bp goes up despite having medicine regularly. Please suggest me what to do?

Hello,

Obesity or kidney problems left ventricular hypertrophy or anxiety or white coat hypertension may present like this.

Diet modification with regular exercise may useful. 24 hours ambulatory blood pressure monitoring may useful.

Control of blood sugar and low salt diet may useful. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
