What Causes High BP, Dizziness, Headache And Abdominal Pain?

I got dizzy and bad headache then tummy ache while I was watching tv, brought me down to my knees and I had to call an ambulance to get to er. The took my blood pressure it was 197/88. they took me to the hospital and did MRI, CT scan and 2 EKGs, nothing. So I came home and have had high blood pressure and pressure headache since, been 3 days, now it I turn my head I hear crackling in my head.

Hello,

I think you are suffering from chronic hypertension and you should absolutely take antihypertensive drugs; otherwise, you may suffer stroke or infarction. You can take any of these, enalapril, hydroclorthyaside, atenolol or any other kind of antihypertensive drugs.
