What Causes High BP Level Along With Breathing Difficulty?

My husband s no was 164/84 & he said it was feeling kind of hard to breathe! I am thinking he should go to the er, however, he says he is feeling better. He also is a bit congested! The temp is about 90 & humidity extremely high! He was planning on going to watch his grandson race! We have a & is very comfortable inside. What is the thing to do?

If he is still having shortness of breath or there are any other worrying symptoms, it would be best for him to be seen as soon as possible.

Other concerning symptoms would be chest pain, palpitations, clammy sensation, dizziness.

Nasal congestion may be due to cough/cold or allergies and can be treated with over the counter medication.

If he is feeling better and there are no worrying symptoms, then he should be okay
