What Causes High BP While Treating Arm Pain In An Elderly Person?

My dad is 86 and had a quadruple bypass 14 yra ago. His blood pressure is 190/ 89. He is experiencing pain in his right arm where he may have fallen on it a feww days ago. There is arm pain . Can yhe blood pressure which is usually normal be from the pain?

Hi,

For all problem, his age is to taken account. Be careful to prevent fall. Take x-ray of injured part to exclude fracture and consult orthopaedic surgeon for examination and advise on treatment.
