Hello welcome to HCM.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.

At present your blood pressure and pulse both are near normal levels. So don't worry at present.

My advice to you is -

1. Go for your 24 hrs blood pressure monitoring. It will give you perfect idea regarding how is your blood pressure and pulse is fluctuating. Then further treatment can be decided.

2.whenever you feel ananxiety and perspiration just relax and calm down, because anxiety will increase further blood pressure.

3. The symptoms you have at present may be due to sudden rise in blood pressure. We have to find out the cause of that also.

Ask your doctor to do your thyroid profile, kidney profile and sonography of kidneys.

Thank you.
Have a nice day.
