Hello and welcome to HCM,
High blood pressure is one of the causes of swelling in legs and feet.
The high blood pressure needs to be controlled.
Control of blood pressure will improve the swelling and will also prevent the end organ damage caused by high blood pressure.
Yellowish discoloration of body occurs due to jaundice, however, selective yellow discoloration of feet does not occur in jaundice.
The swelling of legs and feet can give a yellowish hue to the overlying skin so I believe this is the cause of yellowish discoloration.
I suggest you to consult your physician for clinical assessment of the skin on feet and treatment of blood pressure.

Thanks and take care
