What Causes High CPK And CK-MB Levels?

my CPK and CK-MB levels high. I am 24 years old my height is 5 foot 8 inch my weight is 70 kg. I am looked healthy but I am weak my muscles are so weak and I tired soon any work. I feel pain in my muscles and heart Last 3 years. my left hand have a stinginess and is weak than right hand. I feel pierced or pain in my heart, shoulders and foot thumbs and any organs muscles. I feel weak to do any work. Some time my heart is pumping fast. After getting up in the morning I feel pain in my Head. My wrist and knee and other joints give sound kat-kat . my blood reports are as follow In my Cardiac profile SGOT=50 normal is (SGOTSGPT=50 (SGPTCPK=548 (CPKCK-MB=60 (CK-MBMy Hepatic profile Bilirubin=2.2/0.4 (bilirubinALP=82 (ALPMy Lipid profile HDL=47mg (40-70) Cholesterol=175mg (130-230) TG=323mg (80-160) Renal Profile Creatinine=1.2mg (Urea=21 (20-40) In my Glucose Profile =90 mg% Hemoglobin=15.1gm (12-15.5) W.B.C.=7300 (5-10thou) Polymorphs=56 (60-75%) Lymphocyte=38 (20-40%) Monocytes=05 (2-6%) Eosinophil=01 (1-3%) Platelets Count=120000 (125-350000) My BP is 90-140 or high always but I do not take any Tab it. my ECG report is normal. my TMT report is normal. my Echo cardiogram is normal. my Renal Doppler USG report is normal. Please find out my decease and solution and which type of exercise to do which Tablets can I take to control My decease and cpk,ck-mb and TG? and which medicine can strong my muscles.

Thanks for your question on HCM.
In my opinion you are having MYOSITIS.
This is inflammation of muscles and seen commonly in autoimmune disease and muscular diseases.
CPK total represents muscle metabolism in whole body while CPK-MB represents cardiac muscle only. And both can be elevated in MYOSITIS. Your complaints like weakness, muscular pain, joint pain etc seen in MYOSITIS.
Steroids are the only treatment available.
But you need muscle biopsy first to confirm the diagnosis.
