What Causes High SGGT Level?
Thank you, I am a 56 yr old female, non-alcoholic, not overweight. Elevated, cholesterol 265, triglycerides elevated by 31. But my SGGT, is 203. Cholesterol controlled Crestor, I do use Frizium for anxiety. I do not understand why SGGt is always above 100. Can explain if you can based on the info given.

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. GGT is a enzyme. It increase in cholestasis. You may have intra hepatic or extra hepatic cholestasis. You should go for ultrasound abdomen and complete liver function test. Then you should take treatment accordingly.
