What Causes High WBC And Platelets, Blocked Salivary Gland And Hip Osteoarthritis?

I have had my WBC count increased from 14.0 to 16.0 within 8 months, my platelets are high at 512 and polys are 73 and c-reactive protein 2.1. I have no fever, cold symptoms or chills, but I do have a blocked salivary gland in my left cheek, osteoarthritis in my left hip requiring hip replacement and fatigue. What can this be?
