What Causes High WBC Count In Blood With Cough?

hi my daughter is 15 months old she is currently suffering from cough, after she have the food and when she gets cough she is vomitting l when we checked the blood, if shows higher WBC, and other RBC and others are normal could u pls let me now the if there is any problem
