What Causes High Blood Pressure Along With Dizziness And Nausea?

I have some symptoms I m concerned my blood pressure was 189 over 84 last night I ve never had a problem with blood pressure, I m more Lightheaded and dizzy, nausea, I have pain in my lower ack and some chestime pains offor and on yesterday. I ll be 53 tomorrow

it can be primary or secondery related to other disease itis systolic or diastolic systolic is pressure in arteries during pumping activity and diastolic is pressure in arteries during rest primary can be hereditary without any disease secondery can be related to renal function monitoring should be done and BP is to be measured in different posture exclude postural hypotention.. ECG should be taken role with narrowing of arteries can result in hyper tention
