General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You are having constant high blood pressure and you should take medications to lower blood pressure soon.

You should go to the GP or cardiologist. The headache and blurred vision may come as a result of elevated blood pressure. The symptoms will get better as blood pressure gets to normal values.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
