What Causes High Blood Pressure And Very Tired?

I had a pulse usually over 100and too high bl. pressure so I am taking two new blood pressure meds and the numbers have gone down but I am so very very tired I can hardly do anything, except sit or lay and do them in those positions, I am 87 and have always been healthy, no pains or aches.
