What Causes High Blood Pressure, Fever And Headache?

Hello doctor, I am suffering from high blood pressure since morning.. as recommended by a local doctor I took Tazloc AM 40mg. But my blood pressure isn t lowering down instead it s increasing 156/99, and also I have fever and headaches. What should I do? Is it recommended to take one more tablet?
