I have just tried to register at my gym and they have reffered me to my doctors as after a 5 min walk my blood pressure reading was 151 94. Before it was 143 103. I have never been to s gym before and was quite nervous! Is this going to be a problem? Also does this mean I will not be able to take t5 tablets to help me loose weight?
