What Causes High Blood Pressure?

I am 67 years old, weight is 175, today's blood pressure was 141/84. I continue to work part time as a counselor (15 hrs per week) I exercise about 4xper week Weights and some calesthenics (push ups (at a slkant ona sink 40and knee bends 50 to 75) Is my blood pressure of concern. If it is what else should I be doing

Hello

Single reading of BP is not sufficient to diagnose hypertension.
Make a BP chart by taking 3 readings/day for week if possible

BP of 141/84 is normal for ur age and does not require any medications
Continue with healthy life style , reduce salt intake , quit smoking and limit alcohal intake
