What Causes High Blood Sugar Level And Frequent Urination While On Gemer P2?

Sir im yogesh from orissa since 9 years ago im adiabetic and bp pblm too earlier i was taking janumet 50\1000 but it has been changed to gemer p2 twice aday andin the morning olmark 20 with it and in the euening lipicure .but suddenly 2months ago my diabaties reached 550 and after that only i started gemer p2 insted of janumet and my fp now is in between 200 to 250 nw but there is lots of urine out going nw adays and also smels bad breath in my mouth as im drinking more than 6ltrs of water a day nw but im afraid of my kidny damage plz suggest me

Dear,Its good for taking your kidney's functionality seriously after having a poorly controlled diabetes along with hypertension...
You should get your HBA1C level to know how good your diabetes was controlled in recent past..As you are taking nearly 6 litres water in a day...you will urinate more frequently..although excessive urination is a symptom of diabetes..it also gives a idea that your blood sugar in not controlled accuratly..Get your Urine examination done including routine and 24 hours for protien.osmolarity,serum osmolarity , ketones, KFT,Electrolytes and USG for Kidneys,..further you need to consult you physician along with these routine investigations.
Also i recommend you stronlgy for insulin..
