What Causes High Blood Sugar Levels Despite Taking Actrapid?

Dear I am getting treatment for diabetics for the past 32 years.Last ten years l am on Insulin Actrapid 30-30-30,Lantus0-0-36 along with T.Glycomet 500mg1-0-1 andTre.jenta(Lingliptin) 5mg 1-0-0.in addition to this I also take Ecosprin AV 75 0-0-1 and Repace-H 50 mg.I follow diabetologists food advice and walk a distance 5 KM daily in the morning.Even after this my blood sugar levels fluctuate 70-250 fasting and 150-350 postperandial.l had already tried Siddha. ,Ayurvedha,acupressure,Accupuncture and naturapthy treatments without much improvements Will you pl. guide me what further I should do to control this problem I am fully aware that there is permanent cure. lam 67 and leading peaceful life
