What Causes High Blood Sugar Levels?

yes I am not eating candies or drinking soda water or eating bread or pastry I have cut a lot of food. why is my sugar still too high. I get up with a reading 233 then I take 2 healthy pills call blood sugar defense in the morning, then eat my breakfast eggs and bacon and water and it goes down to 185. why? Is it true if you eat pecans or some kind of nuts your sugar slow down.

Good to know that you are very eager to reduce your blood glucose level and prevent the future complications of diabetes. please try to walk every day for at least half an hour. Do some house hold works change your life style first. Good to know that you stopped all those food stuffs you have mentioned. add some green leafy vegetables, fruits and fiber rich diet to your diet chart. even boiled egg white is good addition. please check your HbA1c and meet your doctor i think you need your tablets / insulin dose to be changed. nuts.. good protein & essential fatty acid supplements .. but not going to control your sugar levels
