What Causes High Blood Sugar Levels,excessive Thirst And Dry Mouth?

I had a kidney transplant almost 4yrs ago. lately, since I ve had this sinus infection and taking extra meds, my blood sugar is 167 when its usually 105. My head hurts, im thirsty with dry mouth, and sometimes nauseas. Could it be a early on set on diabetes

Many of your symptoms like increased thirst increased urination are related to diabetes but to confirm that do a fasting ( early morning fasting and 2 hours after foodblood sugar levels. If you are still in a doubt do a hba1c test that will exactly tell your diabetic status hopefully this explains
