What Causes High Bp And Erectile Dysfunction?

Hi Doctor, since last two years, I am a patient (age 38years) of Hypertension and I am taking one Coversil Plus tablet in the morning. recently I have noticed that my BP remain high ( 135-90) and by the evening time BP goes down to normal level. Please advise me what to do? one more querry, does this drug has side effect on sexuality potential, as I feel some time that I having erection problems.
