General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
You are having breathlessness ( hwen upstairs) , metallic taste, extra heart beat, palpitations , light headed.
Age is 51 years , weight is normal ( 55 kgs) .
Breathlessness during upstairs ( exertion ) , extra beats , palpitations are concerning. You need to be investigated with E K G & echocardiogram to isolate the case.
i would recommend you visit a CARDIOLOGIST at the earliest and sort the problem.
Good luck.
