What Causes High Bp With Palpitations?

Hello good day Doctors, i am 30 yrs old everytime i go to doctors clinic i felt nervous when taking BP and its to high and my pulse rate increases . I cannot able to control my anxiety , one time it is required for us to undergo ECG my results read as tachycardia because of uncontrollable panic , i experienced also to have palpitations.would you please help me to determine what kind of illness i have? What kind of medical specialist i should go? I am worried cause i have to undergo medical exams in the next few months prior for my application for migration to other country..Thanks and more power.

I have gone through your query. Your problem is most likely due to anxiety. Breathing exercises may help you to an extent. If that is not helping then anxiolytics like alprazolam might help you. You should tell your doctor about your anxiety when measuring BP. So he will do repeated measurements before conclusion. Hope this may help you.
