What Causes High Bp?

hello dr my son will be 18yrs since last 2yrs we noticed he has high blood pressure around 140/85 it keeps on changing but never come to 120/80 we did blood checkup, renal test ,eco test , sonography all shows normal hes not a person who takes tension very cool what can be the cause should we do any other test please suggest
