Hi,

Can you share the blood report? Fever, cough and vomiting indicates a respiratory tract infection. When this is associated with fast breathing, there is pneumonia. If she is otherwise active and playful, we need not worry. Just continue antibiotics, paracetamol and give Ondansetron suspension (2mg/5ml) 5ml to control vomiting. Give frequent sips of fluids like ORS or salted rice water to avoid dehydration. If no improvement in 72 hours of antibiotics, she feels very lethargic or not taking orally, kindly get back to your doctor as this might need admission for IV fluids and injectable antibiotics.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam T. K., Pediatrician
