What Causes High Fever Along With Blocked Nose?

Hi, my name is Tatyana, on Monday I developed generalized weakness headache. Advil 200 mg work pretty good. Two days later I woke up at night feeling extremely hot. Took my temperature and it was 102.4. I also experienced stuffy nose for which a used Afrin spray.

Hello Tatyana.

Wit a fever that high, you may have the flu or a bacterial infection like sinusitis since you're having a headache. If this lasts for more than a week you need to see a doctor to see if you need a course of antibiotics
