What Causes High Fever Along With Body Aches And Productive Cough?
Started yesterday my shoulder was hurting but as day went on I got to hurting all over. Body aces really bad,coughing and hurts when cough. Running a fever of 100 to 102. Coughing up mucus and it is brownish with greenish looking. Also shaking and have the chills. Painful to even move. Hurts to breath. Very weak and tired. What could be wrong?

Based on your introduction, the most likely diagnosis is bacterial pneumonia.
Take Advil gel capsules 400mg every 4-6 hours for body aches and fever, and Azithromycin 500mg on the first day and 250 mg from day 2 to 5.
Drinking enough fluids will help you loosen secretions.
Also you may use wet compresses for the fever.
If the fever persists more than three day please go to the ER.
