As per your complain during
teething a toddler may experience mild fever and
drooling of saliva as well as some other symptoms like
swollen gums, irritability, rashes, abstaining from food etc but cold and cough and
high fever signs of Viral Infection and you should consult a Paediatrician and her evaluations done and even get her
complete blood count done..
The condition should be taken seriously and proper treatment should be followed ..
Right now you can give her Tylenol for reducing fever..
