What Causes High Fever Along With Dizziness And Chest Congestion?

I am visiting here I became ill I wasn t sure if it was a reaction to my daughters cats, the long plane flight, the high pollen levels but I have had high fevers , sweats which I am having now, dizziness congestion, burning sensation in the chest and bad taste in my mouth. I have been taking cold and flu tablets, mususone, antihistamines , my asthma puffer and drinking loads of water I have slept continuously for the last three days I have also now developed a cough

I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, possibility of lung infection (pneumonia) is more likely.
So better to consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system and chest x ray.
If chest x ray is showing pneumonia then you need hospital admission, Intravenous antibiotics and fluids.
So better not to wait at home and consult doctor.
