What Causes High Fever Along With Dizziness And Nausea?
My 11 year old daughter has been sick with flu like symptoms. My husband is just getting over the same thing. She has cough, sore throa, on going fever for 4 day. I took her to the ER 2 nights ago with 102.7° fever, dizzines, & nausea. They checked for strep which was negative, gave her ibuprofen& tTylenol, and sent us home when fever was down to 101° since then I ve noticed hey pupils are dilated& we are still dealing with keeping her fever dow. I m concerned about her pupil....

She needs to be seen in the ER again and she needs a ct scan of the brain and perhaps a spinal tap
