What Causes High Fever Along With Headaches And Difficulty In Breathing?

I have a bug or food poisoning not sure, I have a big problem taking a leak, feels like i have to go really bad but not much comes out. same thing when I have a bale movement. also high fever so far as much as 104, Headache bad, not a migraine, hard to breath when i bend over, joint pain, even more so in the lower back and neck. and can t sleep. What ya think. Thank You.

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have high fever along with headaches and difficulty in breathing which could be due to urinary tract infection or viral infection. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to start with paracetamol every 4 hourly. Maintain hydration status of yourself. Take curd in diet. Start taking oral rehydration fluids sip by sip to maintain the hydration. Avoid cold carbonated beverages and spicy and oily food. Take analgesic medication along with antiinflammatory medication. Avoid taking large meals to and take small but frequent meals. Visit general physician once and get it examined. You should go for blood tests as well and start treatment after proper examination.
