What Causes High Fever Along With Lower Abdominal Pain?
My daughter has had a fever for 3 days now, some vomiting that sounds horrific but she hasn t eaten so there s really nothing to come up. She s had lower abdomenal pain on her Sides she says. Today she had a headache, and tonight I just noticed a large white patch on the side of her tongue. Yesterday she had a fever of 104.8 What could this be?

It seems to be an infection. If I were you, I would go to the Hospital and make a complete blood count, an abdominal Sonography.
Then see a Doctor to see her tongue and the results of examinations. He will give the appropriate treatment. She can take Acetaminophen drug for lowering high fever.
