What Causes High Fever Along With Severe Headache And Nausea?

I have been sick for several days...cough--not deep, fever 101.4, achy all over. Today I felt like I was beginning to get better but my head ache was significant I took two advil just before ten and went to bed and felt OK. I woke up at 12:30 with a terrific headache just in the right top side of my head. I have never felt pain quite like this. It is bearable, but just. I was a little nauseous when I got up but being in the upright seems to be better than laying in bed.

It looks that you have bronchitis and it is causing fever and head ache. Still the information you have given is inadequate. For bronchitis you can take tablet augmentin 625mg 1 × PO × TDS × 3days along with tablet loratidine 10mg 1 × PO × BD × 3 days, for headache and fever tabket paracetamol 500mg 2 × PO × BD and syrup pulmonole or anyother cough syrup 2 tsf × BD.
