Dear Sir, my daughter age 7 suffer from throat infection from 3 days. She got too much cough while sleep every time. Dosage paracetamol, couf syrup and Amoxycillion & clavulanic acid. Very high fever and littlebit cough start if delay for 1 hour in medicine dosage. Please write us

Hello dear from my opinion regarding your child symptoms of fever and cough despite the amoxicillin/clavulanic acid is likely a condition called brochopneumonia meanwhile start him on syrup zinnat syrup chericoff X syrup nurofen
