What Causes High Fever And Loose Tools In A Toddler?

Dear Doctor, My baby 2 years old and he having Sevier food infection during last 3 days, and our consultant gave us medicine Zinat suspension( ceferoxine 5 ml per 8 hrs ) along with Doller and paracitimall l syrup for fever. There are some vocational vomiting and abdominal pain during the firs 2, 3 days. Now, the loose motion still continued at pail green color but no fever, our consultant advice us to continued Cferoxine suspension for 5 days, Dear doctor, do you think that treatment will help to recover my baby full or are we need to get further some deferent treatment?
