What Causes High Fever And Numbness In The Right Hand?

Have a fever of 105 Fh (with Tylenol it s gone down to 100,) but my right side is very weak, even numb. My right hand is numb and I can t stand or walk without falling. I do have a history of back problems, but this has been going on for two days. Its the weekend and I plan to go to the Dr. Tomorrow, but what should I do now?

Your neutrophilia nerves examination and muscle reflex should be checked

If needed CT scan like higher investigation needed

Serum B12 and serum calcium level also should be checked...
