My son of 7 yrs old having fever of 102 deg F for last 7 days, have rashes all over body, local doctor administrated with paracetamol and amox antibiotic all these days. he is not having any intakes for last 3 days except few glasses of water. his WBC showing only 2000. Kindly adv
