What Causes High Fever At Nights In A Child?

hi doctor, my daughter is 5 years and weight is 21 kg she is suffering from fever in the evening the temperature goes to 102 F and in the morning she is normal. Other than this she do sent have any other symptoms. We have given her dolo 250 syrup 5ml 3 times a day. please suggest.

Hello,

She might have an infection. Continue with cold sponging and Dolo syrup s.o.s but you need to take her to a pediatrician. He would prescribe some blood tests to know the source and load of infection and would write appropriate treatment thereafter
