What Causes High Fever During Evenings?

sir, i ve been suffering from fever (around 100 degree F) ,repeatedly every evening that last around 2 hours for the last 2 weeks........ no pain , no headache, no other complications ... just the temperature rising... what is this?? i am worried........ what should i do???

Hi,
As fever is since long coming in the evening requires some investigations like complete blood checking like TC, DC, ESR,MP etc.
Go for x-ray chest if your doctor feels proper.
After report your doctor will have clue about fever and will start treatment accordingly.
