General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It is very likely your child is having a viral infection and this generally is self-limiting and he should start to feel better in a couple of days. Because the examination with the doctor and all the tests are normal, most important infections are ruled out.
Just continue to follow your doctor's advice and if your son is not better in a couple of days or you think he is any worse you will need to have him checked again.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Antoneta Zotaj, General & Family Physician
