What Causes High Fever, Shaking, Runny Nose With Ear Pain?
Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... my dad was told he has the tail end of the flu. However, his fever has gone up to 103.6, uncontrollable shaking, runny nose and ear pain. He is a diabetic, with high blood pressure and high cholestrol.

Hi,
It seems that he might be having acute upper respiratory tract infection giving all problems.
Give him analgesic, decongestant medicine for 2-3 days.
If there is no improvement then he might require one course of antibiotic medicine for 5 days.
give him light food and plenty of water.
